ARTICLE 2 – Use of the site
Any use of and browsing on the Site implies the express acceptance of the general terms of use (hereinafter “GTC”).
The Company reserves the right to modify the GCU at any time and it is up to the user of the Site (hereinafter the “User”) to consult them regularly, these modifications taking effect at the time of their publication on the Site.

ARTICLE 3 – Intellectual Property
The Site and all of its components such as domain names, brands, general structure, texts, images, databases, site tree structure, logos, graphic charter, photographs and iconography and other elements reproduced on the Site, and in particular any element likely to be protected by intellectual property rights or by any other national or international provision in force, are the exclusive property of the Company.
Any exploitation, reproduction, representation and/or redistribution, in whole or in part, of an element of the Site on any medium is prohibited without the prior, written and express authorisation of the Company.
Any violation of these rules by the User or any third party whatsoever shall expose the User to legal action.
ARTICLE 4 – Personal data
The use of the Site implies the collection and processing of personal data by the Company. The personal data collected are only those voluntarily communicated by the User (age, country of residence). This data is collected for the sole purpose of verifying the majority of users wishing to access the site.
The compulsory nature of the data to be provided is indicated on the relevant media and failure to provide this information may make it impossible to access certain services or features of the Site.

ARTICLE 5 – Liability
The Company provides information on its Site for information purposes only and does not guarantee the timeliness, legality, integrity or quality of this information.
For the proper management of the Site, the Company reserves the right to suspend the availability of the Site, to delete any information that may disrupt the operation of the platform or that may contravene national laws that may give rise to civil or criminal proceedings, or to suspend the Site in order to make updates.

The Company is not responsible for the hypertext links present on the Site redirecting the User to other private or public sites, and in particular for their content, the possible collection and processing of personal data or the installation of cookies.

ARTICLE 7 – Cookies
